1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasyBooking's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests who access or use the service.
2. Description of Services
EasyBooking is an online hotel and accommodation booking platform that allows users to search, compare, and book hotels, resorts, guest houses, glamping sites, farm houses, villas, cottages, and other properties across Pakistan. We act as an intermediary between guests (you) and hotel owners/property managers. EasyBooking does not own, operate, or manage any of the listed properties.
3. User Accounts
To make a booking, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. EasyBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
4. Bookings and Reservations
When you make a booking through EasyBooking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the property. EasyBooking facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the contract between you and the hotel. All booking confirmations are subject to availability and acceptance by the property. EasyBooking reserves the right to cancel any booking that is found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made under false pretences. Booking confirmation is sent via email to the address provided during booking.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices displayed on EasyBooking are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, and bank transfer. Once payment is submitted and verified by our team, a booking confirmation will be issued. EasyBooking charges a service fee (typically 5%) on top of the property's base rate to cover platform operating costs. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the property and are displayed separately where applicable.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed on each listing's page before booking. EasyBooking's general policy is as follows: cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the property's policy. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in may result in forfeiture of the booking amount. No-shows are treated as cancellations and no refund will be issued. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. EasyBooking's service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use EasyBooking for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. Prohibited conduct includes: submitting false or misleading information, making fraudulent bookings, posting offensive or defamatory reviews, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, and using automated tools to scrape or harvest data. EasyBooking reserves the right to remove content and suspend users who violate these conduct standards.
8. Reviews and User Content
EasyBooking may allow users to submit reviews and ratings after completing a stay. By submitting a review, you grant EasyBooking a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute your review on our platform. Reviews must be honest, based on your actual experience, and free from offensive language, personal attacks, or promotional content. EasyBooking reserves the right to remove any review that violates these standards without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
EasyBooking provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, EasyBooking is not liable for: any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or any booked property; inaccuracies in property listings provided by hotel owners; disputes between guests and property owners; force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies; or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on EasyBooking — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of EasyBooking or its licensors and is protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written permission. Property images and descriptions remain the property of the respective hotel owners.
11. Privacy
Your use of EasyBooking is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
EasyBooking reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
