Booking
How do I book a hotel on EasyBooking?
Search for your destination and select your dates on the homepage or Hotels page. Browse available properties, click on a hotel you like, then click 'Book Now'. Fill in your dates, choose a room, enter your guest details, review your booking and confirm. Your booking is created instantly — you then transfer payment and upload a screenshot to confirm the room.
Do I need to create an account to make a booking?
No. You can complete a booking as a guest using just your name, email address and phone number. After booking, you have the option to set a password and create an account, which saves your details for future bookings and gives you a full booking history.
Can I book a hotel for the same day?
Yes, same-day bookings are accepted. However, confirmation depends on how quickly payment can be verified (usually 1–2 hours) and whether the property has confirmed availability. For urgent same-day bookings, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 315 993 9996 for faster assistance.
How far in advance should I book?
During peak season (Eid holidays, summer school holidays in July–August, winter in Murree), we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Popular destinations like Murree, Hunza and Naran sell out very quickly during peak periods.
Can I book multiple room types in one booking?
Yes. On the hotel detail page, you can select multiple room types and quantities in a single booking. All rooms will be covered under one booking reference.
Payment
What payment methods does EasyBooking accept?
EasyBooking accepts EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay and bank transfer (Askari Bank). All payments are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not currently accept international credit or debit cards.
How does payment work?
After confirming your booking, transfer the required amount to EasyBooking's bank account (or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash) and upload a screenshot of the payment receipt on your confirmation page. Our team verifies the payment manually — usually within 1–2 hours — and updates your booking status to Confirmed.
What are EasyBooking's bank details?
Bank: Askari Bank. Account Title: Naveed Aziz. Account Number: 01200320005125. Use your booking reference number as the payment note when transferring.
Is a deposit required or must I pay the full amount upfront?
This depends on the property. Most properties require full payment upfront. Some properties offer a split payment option — a percentage (e.g. 30–50%) paid now and the remainder due before check-in or at the venue. The payment structure is shown clearly on your booking confirmation page.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. EasyBooking processes all payments through verified Pakistani banking channels (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer). We never ask for card details or international payment credentials.
How long does payment verification take?
Payment verification typically takes 1–2 hours during business hours. Payments submitted late at night may take until the following morning. You will receive a status update on your confirmation page once verified.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is EasyBooking's cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the individual property's policy. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full payment. EasyBooking's 5% service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel, contact EasyBooking via WhatsApp at +92 315 993 9996 or email support@easybooking.pk with your booking reference number. Our team will process the cancellation and advise on any applicable refund.
How long do refunds take?
Where a refund is applicable, it is processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Can I modify my booking dates?
Date changes are subject to availability and property approval. Contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible with your booking reference if you need to change dates. A price difference may apply.
Check-In & Stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM (15:00) and standard check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Some properties have different times — these are listed on the hotel page. Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged directly with the hotel, subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
What ID do I need to check in?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Pakistani nationals should bring their CNIC (National Identity Card). Foreign nationals should bring their passport. Some properties also accept a driving licence.
What happens if my payment is rejected?
If your payment screenshot cannot be verified (blurry image, wrong amount, etc.), our team will notify you and ask you to resubmit. You can upload a new screenshot directly on your confirmation page.
What if the hotel is different from what was advertised?
EasyBooking personally verifies all listed properties. If your experience significantly differs from the listing, contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 315 993 9996) during your stay. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a partial refund or alternative accommodation.

Which areas of Pakistan does EasyBooking cover?
EasyBooking focuses on northern Pakistan, including Murree, Nathia Gali, Naran Kaghan, Hunza Valley, Gilgit, Islamabad, Skardu, Swat Valley, Neelum Valley and all surrounding areas. We are continuously adding new destinations.
Are all hotels on EasyBooking verified?
Yes. Every property listed on EasyBooking has been verified by our team — either through a physical visit or a thorough vetting process. All properties are rated 3-star or above.
What does the 5% service fee cover?
The 5% EasyBooking service fee covers platform operation, payment processing, 24/7 customer support, property verification costs and booking guarantee. It is included in all displayed prices and is non-refundable.
Can I book farmhouses or glamping on EasyBooking?
Yes. EasyBooking lists hotels, resorts, farmhouses, glamping sites, villas, guest houses, chalets, cottages and more. Use the property type filter on the Hotels page to browse by category.

I lost my booking reference. How do I find my booking?
Visit the My Bookings page at easybooking.live/my-bookings and enter your email address to retrieve all bookings linked to that email. Alternatively, contact us on WhatsApp with your name and check-in date.
