Standard Cancellation Terms
EasyBooking's standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless the specific property states otherwise at the time of booking.
Cancellation 72+ hours before check-in
You are eligible for a partial refund. A processing fee of 10% of the booking value (minimum PKR 500) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded via your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in
Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-show
Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date and do not notify EasyBooking will forfeit the full booking amount. The reservation will be released back to the property after 24 hours.
How to Cancel a Booking

Go to My Bookings and locate your reservation using your booking reference number.

Click "Cancel Booking" — this is available as long as your check-in is more than 24 hours away.

Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately.

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment account.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, natural disaster, or government-issued travel restriction, please contact us directly with supporting documentation. We will review each case on its own merits.
Hotel-specific policies may differ. If a property applies a stricter or more lenient cancellation policy, it will be clearly displayed on the hotel's booking page before you confirm your reservation.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same account used for payment:
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash — refunded to your mobile wallet within 3–5 business days.
- SadaPay / NayaPay — refunded to your app wallet within 2–4 business days.
- Bank Transfer — refunded to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within the stated window, please contact us with your booking reference and payment screenshot.
