Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2025
Our commitment
EasyBooking is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and continuously work to improve the experience for all users.
Measures we take
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone.
- Screen reader support — pages use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and descriptive alt text on images.
- Sufficient colour contrast — text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Resizable text — the layout adapts when browser font size is increased up to 200%.
- Focus indicators — visible focus rings are shown on all interactive elements.
- No timed interactions — no content on EasyBooking requires a response within a time limit.
- Responsive design — the site is fully usable on mobile devices including with touch-based assistive technology.
Known limitations
We are a small team and acknowledge that some parts of our website may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. Current known limitations include:
- Some images from hotel partners may lack descriptive alt text — we are working with properties to address this.
- Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are migrating to HTML alternatives.
Assistive technologies tested
We test EasyBooking with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA with Chrome on Windows
- VoiceOver with Safari on iOS
- TalkBack on Android Chrome
