Subhan Allah what a view from our room! We could see the entire valley in the morning fog. Hotel staff were very welcoming and spoke Urdu which made us feel at home. Khana bhi bohat acha tha. Will definitely come back next Eid.

Perfect family hotel. My parents are elderly and staff helped them with everything — carrying bags, assisting on stairs. The room had proper heating, clean attached bathroom. Khana ghar jaisa tha. Zindagi mein phir aana chahein ge.

Room was absolutely spotless on arrival. Fresh towels, working TV, fast WiFi, hot shower — everything functional. Staff responded to every request within minutes. This level of hospitality at this price in Pakistan is rare. Mashallah.

Hotel restaurant deserves its own 5-star rating. Karahi, daal, nihari, parathas — all cooked fresh. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Highly suggest ordering room service breakfast — it arrives hot and on time.

Pool was clean and maintained even in the shoulder season. Temperature was warm — properly heated. Not an afterthought like in many hotels. This was a proper facility. Kids had the time of their lives. Booking again next summer.

The in-room fireplace made our winter stay absolutely magical. Curled up with books while snow fell outside — this is the life! Staff provided extra firewood without us asking. Iss type ki service bahut rare hoti hai.
