The in-room fireplace made our winter stay absolutely magical. Curled up with books while snow fell outside — this is the life! Staff provided extra firewood without us asking. Iss type ki service bahut rare hoti hai.

Pool was clean and maintained even in the shoulder season. Temperature was warm — properly heated. Not an afterthought like in many hotels. This was a proper facility. Kids had the time of their lives. Booking again next summer.

Came during snowfall season and it was magical. Hotel provided snow boots for borrowing — didn't expect that facility. Staff helped clear our car in the morning. Raat ko snow wali view with cup of chai — life is good.
